About our homewares
Northbay pieces are designed in our Harbor District studio and made with eleven partner workshops in Denmark, Sweden, Lithuania and Portugal. We keep runs small so glazes, weaves and wood grain stay individual, and we restock the classics every season rather than chasing trends.
Every order ships in recycled paper and wool padding. Ceramics are dishwasher safe unless noted; linen comes pre-washed so it will not shrink further.
How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 2 pm ship the same business day. Standard delivery takes 3–6 business days to the US, Canada, the UK, EU and Australia. Duties are included at checkout for these regions.
Can I return something I have used?
Yes. Our 60-day home trial covers gently used items in resaleable condition. Start a return from your account and we email a prepaid label.
Do you sell swatches?
Linen and throw swatch cards are free, including shipping. Add one from any textile product page.
Is the colour on screen accurate?
We photograph in daylight and calibrate every image, but glazes vary piece to piece. Read reviews for real-home photos.
